Events! At BioSPORT there's nothing we like better than getting together with like-minded sports-nuts and participating in sports events whether its as serious as the Ironman for Rachel or the family-friendly Xterra Trail Run Series for Greg and Wendy.
The only thing better is when we get to go along and support our clients! We particulary enjoy helping people train towards events, from making sure you stay injury-free in an endurance race like the Coast to Coast or Ironman or giving you a biomechanically-based programme to get you running correctly from scratch, maybe with the goal of a 10k race, or the Auckland Half Marathon.
As much as it may be daunting to enter a new event, the sense of satisfaction is second-to-none, and when guided through the process with great care the next question is 'what next'?! Endorphins - nothing makes you feel greater!!
