Our COASTERS Trail Running Group with off-road running sessions and workshops leading up to the Speights West Coaster '09 were a great success.
This year we're working together with total sport's running coach Claire Smith to bring you more running and mountain bike training. There are so many incredible off road events to choose from, these training sessions and workshops will help you get the most out of them...
This is for you if:
· You want to get better/faster/more stable/more confident/beat your nemesis/best mate!
· You want to joosh up your training with some new places to train and some new ideas.
· You appreciate the fun, confidence and safety that training in a group can provide.
· You're new to the trails, bush and coast.
