We have a unique Biomechanical Conditioning Performance Programme. It is a unique combination of disciplines taken from functional Pilates, Physiotheraphy and the latest biomechanical techniques.

Our key focus is on education, teaching you how to move your body biomechanically correctly so you can achieve your goals, whether performance orientated, injury prevention or injury rehabiliation.
