Most new clients start with a Biomechanical Assessment and then purchase Private Training 1:1 or duo concessions. If you are a cyclist then a Cycling Assessment is an especially wise investment in injury prevention.
bioSPORT caters for all sports and are particular specialists in cycling, running, triathlon, ironman, multisport, golf, tennis and hockey.
If you are considering taking up running we have developed two very good Running Programmes. Learn to Really Run teaches basic running technique and injury prevention to new runners or runners keen to tackle a big event like a marathon or half marathon. Since this year the bioSPORT team have become very keen trail runners in the Xterra Series we have also developed a Trail Running Programme focusing on the very different techniques required.
