Most new clients start with a Biomechanical Assessment and then purchase COREfit Training 1:1 or duo concessions. If you are a cyclist then a Cycling Assessment is an especially wise investment in injury prevention.
Our bioSPORT Physio team has an excellent track record in rehabilitating injuries and is ACC registered. No doctor referral required. BioSPORT physios are particulary interested in identifying any underlying causes of injuries and will work in conjunction with a COREfit Training Programme or COREfit Classes if applicable.
bioSPORT caters for all sports and are particular specialists in cycling, running, triathlon, ironman, multisport, golf, tennis and hockey. Our COREfit Classes are a great workout on thier own or an excellent top-up to 1:1 training. Plus we run specific Running Classes and Cycling Classes that focus on the unique needs of these sports.
If you are considering taking up running we have developed two very good Running Programmes. Learn to Really Run teaches basic running technique and injury prevention to new runners or runners keen to tackle a big event like a marathon or half marathon. Since this year the bioSPORT team have become very keen trail runners in the Xterra Series we have also developed a Trail Running Programme focusing on the very different techniques required.
