Designed for the new runner looking to start out (literally!) on the right foot...and also for the experienced runner looking for personalised biomechanical training so you can smash your PB and avoid common injuries. The perfect kick-start to starting a marathon or half marathon training programme you will learn the right biomechanical running habits from the word GO.

From the pro learn how to find the right stride length, regulate your tempo, increase your power output, hill techniques and the signs of common running injury precursors - and of course how to avoid them! 

The 4 week pack consists of 6x 1hr sessions but can be customised to suit your diary and requirements...and yes there will be homework!:

Week 1 : Road & Video Run Assessment with initial pointers

Developed especially to help trail runners reduce common injuries and set new PBs, the COREfit® Trail Run Package could help you achieve your best results yet and reduce your chances of injuries at Xterra this season.

In your 5 biomechanical training sessions your instructor will teach you to activate your correct muscles so you run smarter and more efficiently. You will be taught the tips and tricks of stabilising over uneven ground, therefore reducing the chances of all-too-common ankle and knee injuries. And you will be taught how to use your hamstrings and glutes to unload your quads and hip flexors so you run more powerfully.
